For over 10 years the United States Department of Justice has been trying to prove that a federal anti-porn law targeting sexually explicit web sites was constitutional. And finally, the Supreme Court has once and for all silenced them and we are free to move about the porno web.
Federal prosecutors realized that focusing on child pornography and obscenity laws was a better use of their time, and our dollars.
Let’s keep police, detectives, private investigators and any other law enforcement out of porn. Unless of course they’re IN the porn:
