After being fed all of the true, juicy details in the Tiger Woods sex scandal, we were all ripe for this “rope-a-dope.”

Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz have now scaled back their physical and drug abuse claims in an effort to reach a reconciliation. “What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in,” Jameson told TMZ.com. Although we’re all glad this turned out well for the couple’s adorable twins, the sensationalism has left us all wondering why it got this far in the first place.

Both Ortiz’s and Jameson’s lawyers have issued statements retracting the couples’ original claims. Ortiz’s lawyer now claims his client’s discovery of Jameson’s OxyContin was just a “big misunderstanding.” The drugs apparently were old, and Jameson did not relapse after all. Ronald Richards, Jameson’s lawyer, confirmed to E! News on Thursday that she never had any intention to press charges, despite being video taped telling the press she was going to do just that.

So, what did we learn from this? Throw out old drugs, always argue with your hands behind your back if you’re a UFC fighter, and lawyers are full of crap. Well, lesson learned.

Joslyn James Quits Golf and Moves To UFC

The newest queen of fame trolling finds another sports star to condemn for exposure.

In our last story, we learned that porn stars, UFC Fighters, and pain killers just don’t mix well. Now, the most media friendly Tiger tugger of them all has her two cents to add. Joslyn James has come forward to tell the world how she has witnessed Tito Ortiz being rough with Jenna.

“I saw three separate situations myself,” James told the Daily News. “They would be partying, and she wouldn’t do anything in particular to set him off.”

James and Jameson are friends, so the notion is a possibility.

Also, it seems Jameson’s father, Larry Massoli, continues to play the most cryptic role in this event. “The only thing Jenna was ever addicted to is her children,” said Massoli. As a former narcotics officer, Jameson’s father would have plenty of knowledge concerning addiction and how to spot it. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to tell where his moral lines are drawn in regards to protecting family.

Regardless, Tito Ortiz makes a very convincing camera “choke-up” during the snap press conference held with his lawyer. If it happens that he is guilty, this performance deserves an Oscar.

Jenna Jameson Addicted to Pain Killers?

Power couple UFC Fighter, Tito Ortiz and top Porn Star, Jenna Jameson, have run into a numbingly confusing situation.

Ortiz was arrested Monday at their home in Huntington Beach, California, for allegedly striking Jenna. After posting his $25,000 bail, Ortiz accused Jameson of renewing her past addiction to Oxycontin. “Jenna Jameson has been fighting an ugly battle with an addiction to Oxycontin for well over a year, and this morning, she had a relapse,” Ortiz’s attorney Chip Matthews said. “We’re here because Tito was trying to help her. Tito Ortiz never laid a hand on Jenna.”

As the story is being told from Ortiz’s corner, Tito found drugs in their home Monday morning, which promptly began the confrontation. Ortiz’s attorney has also commented on multiple suicide threats Jameson has made in the past year.

Getting into the nitty-gritty of this story, Jameson’s father has presented himself as a mysterious swing vote in the dilemma. Daddy dearest reportedly came directly to his daughter’s aid by calling the police in reaction the the couple’s argument, but supported Ortiz after hearing word of Jenna’s possible renewed drug use. Jameson’s father went so far as to bring Ortiz clothing when he was released on bail.

Marc Dorcel Wants You to Produce His Next Film

PARIS — European producer Marc Dorcel rolled out a website where users can become co-producers of an adult movie.

The unique model lets users buy shares of the production, “Mademoiselle de Paris” and allows them to make decisions about the movie, receive exclusive benefits, appear in a scene and share in the revenue.

The website, MyDorcel allows “co-producers” to participate through a “crowdfunding” system where they can buy shares at roughly $27 (20 euros). The more shares the user buys the more benefits they will enjoy.

The company said that a one share buy in will allow users access to behind-the-scenes site of the movie, exclusive information, content and promotional games enabling them to win a day on the set or a photo session with the talent. In addition, they will have exclusive access to the movie preview.

With the purchase of two shares, co-producers’ names will be listed in the movie credits. Three shares will cash in on the movie revenues, receive a DVD signed by the actresses and spend one day on-site at the shooting set in Paris with the film crew, the director and Marc Dorcel. In addition, a photo shoot with the talent will be arranged.

Purchase of the highest shareholding available, valued at about $13,500 (10,000 euros) allows the co-producer to appear in his own scene.

A company spokesman said, “This unique and extraordinary experience will allow web users to get to know the behind-the-scenes reality of an adult movie shooting and participate actively in the production. Indeed, for the first time ever and to the contrary of participatory sites aiming at a finished product, co-producing web users will follow all the stages of the creative process of the movie and will be involved in the project from beginning to end for casting, set, script, photographs, visual aspects and title selection.”

The event will run through mid-June in France with the DVD scheduled for release in October. VOD will be available in September.

They never found the stash, Grim writes, but smoked plenty of marijuana while looking for it.

So there it is token tokers. How much more fitting can this get? A group of high high school cats that hung out by walls, smoked to a statue commemorating our father of pasteurization, and took a hike to find a long lost weed field in Cali, picked a random-ass time out of the afternoon and created a world-wide social phenomena. Sounds like a good enough reason to pull a milky load out of the bong to me.

U.K. Passes Digital Rights Bill

British Parliament has passed the widely debated Digital Economy Bill.

The bill encompasses online copyright infringement, Internet piracy, regulation of TV and radio, regulations over ISPs and various other digital topics. As part of a “wash up” process, an action taken by parliament to restrict debate, the bill was passed by a vote of 189 to 47.

May large torrent sites and file-sharing gurus have complained that the bill is excessive. Where it has been commonplace for a suspected pirate site to receive a warning letter from those they are allegedly stealing copyrighted content from, it seems now that copyright holders can urge the government to close a website without ever attending court.

Anytime the government decides to take control of regulating free information, the technological community cringes. Although, file-sharing website owners have commented that there’s nothing to fear for experienced file-sharers.

Apparently the RNC believes that the “Young Eagles” program should be focused on open sexuality in a new age of political party cross-over. Whatever the driving motivations may be, republican donors who followed the false phone number started a much more spirited day after reading their RNC mailing.
