Jennifer Capriati Overdoses Over Porn Star Ex-Boyfriend

The US tennis prodigy, Jennifer Capriati, has been battling depression over injuries and Batman XXX: A Porn Parody.

Capriati was rushed to the hospital from her home in Riviera Beach, Florida Sunday for what is being called an “accidental prescription drug overdose.” As a winner of three Grand Slam professional singles tennis titles – the 2001 and 2002 Australian Open, 2001 French Open, and the women’s singles gold medal at the 1992 Olympic Games – it’s difficult to comprehend how a humorous throwback adult film could possibly affect Capriati. That is until you find out her ex-boyfriend is none other than the Cocked Crusader himself.

Dale Dabone, who plays Batman in the recently released porn parody, has made comments to TMZ regarding Jennifer’s unfortunate depression over his return to acting in porn. Dabone was a part of 443 Adult Film titles between 1998 and 2010. Dabone and Capriati dated from 2006 – 2009. In this period of time, Dabone was still active in the Adult Industry…but as a director instead of an actor. After a phone call that same Sunday between the former tennis star and reborn porn actor, Capriati became “hysterical” over his decision to star in “Batman XXX: A Porn Parody“.

Inferno Script Leaked!

The leaked script images seem to be legitimate. The situations highlighted are all true stories from Linda Lovelace‘s life and career. The author of this article seems to be solidifying Lindsay Lohan‘s statements concerning Matthew Wilder‘s concept for Inferno.

I am glad Wilder isn’t pulling punches when it comes to the graphic events in Lovelace’s life. Utilizing Lohan as a star in this film could have very easily prompted Wilder to create a “Mickey Mouse” version of the tale. Fortunately, I think we all know Lindsay has cut ties with the child marketing rodent. Playing Lovelace will force Lohan to relate her own experiences with a controlling parent to Linda’s childhood under an extreme mother. This may not be very difficult, but the maturation consequences will be.

What will be difficult is imagining the mutation of Lovelace’s controlled childhood into her addiction for emotional and sexual abuse. In true Freudian style, Lohan will need to convince the audience that her sexual preferences are a result of Lovelace’s mother’s practices in parenting, rather than purely deviant and lustful. This will undoubtedly be the key in transforming Inferno from the widely pre-conceived “Parent Trap porno” to a brave re-telling of an adult entertainment legend’s true life story.

In success or failure, this is still a better step for Lohan than “Paris Hilton-ing” it up all over Hollywood. Although, this film still holds every possibility from “avant-garde, mature film heaven” to “reality TV hell” for her future on-screen career. The signs are looking good thus far.

XXX Domain Approved by ICANN

Pornography will have its own top-level domain, dot-XXX, the board of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers decided Friday.

The proposal was made under ICANN’s rules for “sponsored” TLDs, through which domains have been created by interest groups including the aeronautical industry (dot-aero) and the cooperative movement (dot-coop).

ICM Registry, the company that proposed the dot-XXX domain, welcomed the vote.

“It’s been a long time coming,” ICM Chairman Stuart Lawley said in a statement, adding that he is “excited” by the move.

“The decision should soon bring to fruition our six-year effort to create a specific Web address for online adult entertainment, and comes on the heels of an independent review that declared that ICANN’s previous decision to deny dot-xxx was wrong,” he said.

ICM Registry says it is a “completely independent entity with no affiliation, current or historic, with the adult entertainment industry.” Read the rest of this entry »

Scoundrels Begins Historic Month-Long Run on HotMovies

PHILADELPHIA - Two days after ABC debuted a new hour-long weekly TV show by the same name, Hotmovies.com will premiere the original, award-winning Scoundrels starting today for a limited window. Thus, 27 years to the month after its original release, Cecil Howard’s legendary masterpiece of adult cinema will make a new kind of history.

For the first time since the advent of Internet Video On Demand, a movie will run on planned limited release. Scoundrels, which won AVN’s first ever Best Film Award in 1983, as well as Best Director and Best Editing, will be available to the popular website’s viewers for one-month only, with no further distribution plans in the hopper.

“It’s an historic deal in so many ways,” said HotMovies director of business development James Cybert. “Here is the first movie to win the porn equivalent of a best picture Oscar, with a living legend in his first serious starring role, by the greatest adult director to have ever lived. Then, you take all that, and you have 30 days to watch it. You may never have this chance again. It’s a whole new way of doing things but we believe it’s worth it for this man and this movie.”

The movie – shot, like all of Howard’s earlier works, on 35MM film – stars HotMovies spokesman and porn all-star Ron Jeremy is his first non-comedic feature role, as well as Hustler covergirl Copper Penny in her lone foray into adult movies.

Jeremy said he relished working on Howard’s ambitious films because they aimed to be more than just porn flicks. “Back in those days, when you worked on his films, you worked maybe 10 days as an actor and then maybe one day of sex,” said Jeremy. “Wake up in the morning and feel like an actor that day…. Lohan Stands Firm On Lovelace

Lindsay Lohan is making her support and defense for Inferno public.

Recently Lohan spoke to Australia’s “Sydney Morning Herald” and stated:

“The way that Matthew (Wilder) wants to shoot it is not vulgar. It’s not about the raw sex and the shots of her fully nude. It’s more about getting into her psyche and seeing how scared she was. That’s what I want to show most in the film.”

“People are going to say: ‘Oh, Lindsay Lohan is doing a porno.’ But it’s not like that. I’ve never played someone’s true-life story before. A lot of the other movies I did were just brainless for me. So it’s nice to play something where I’m able to experience all these different emotions.”

Although Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, is convinced that playing Linda Lovelace will end his daughter’s career, Lindsay seems to be standing her ground and defending her most mature acting endeavor to date.

Now, i’m not exactly what you would call a “Lindsay Lohan fan”…but this is giving me more respect for the child actor turned media bad girl.

The behind the scenes story of Linda Lovelace is one I believe will make a very interesting main stream film. Given Lohan’s current state in public opinion, I also think this is the perfect way to both capitalize on her bad girl persona and show off a new depth in acting ability. If she were to give in to “because Daddy says so” at this age, something would be amiss. Not to mention that we already know how great of a father and husband he has the history of being from Lindsay’s musical career.

Lohan’s strength in defending this role should only bring her closer to her character. Lovelace endured a lot of mental and physical abuse during her adult career. It would be naive to say that she was anything but “strong”. If what Lindsay says about Matthew Wilder’s vision for Inferno is true, this film will spotlight both actresses’ strength in a way many have never seen before.

Microsoft Jumps On the Mobile Anti-Porn Wagon

Microsoft Decides on No Porn for Mobile 7

REDMOND, Wash.—Microsoft has followed the mobile app leader (i.e. Apple) with a firm no-porn policy for the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace.

“Images that are sexually suggestive or provocative, Content that generally falls under the category of pornography, or Content that a reasonable person would consider to be adult or borderline adult content,” states Microsoft in its Windows Phone 7 app guidelines.

While not yet clarifying whether it will offer any alternative way of loading applications, the software company appears to be as determined as Apple to control apps deployed on the Windows Phone 7 OS.

“Businesses wanting their own privately developed, privately deployed software will still have to go via Marketplace,” wrote Ars Technica. “Their programs will still be private, but as things stand, there won’t be any mechanism for cutting out the middleman.”

Although this may seem like a giant slap in the face to the Adult Industry, who is traditionally at the forefront of breaking new technologies to the consumer world, it really is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Apple and Microsoft are simply playing “anti-porn” as a chess piece toward the more conservative technological consumer. With current mobile web browsers now being able to render full web pages and online media, having porn apps is just a mute point. So, the companies are taking a marketing side-step to blow sunshine and rainbows up the conservative and religious sector’s respective asses.

The only real point made in this entire so-called “Mobile Anti-Porn Movement”, is Apple’s decision to continue cutting Adobe’s flash video format from the iPhone and iPad browsers. Most of the streaming porn found on the internet, especially the free stuff, is already uploaded in flash video. Converting those videos would just be a massive waste of time and money at this point.

Porn Star Killer Dies During SWAT Stand Off

Van Nuys porn star killer, Stephen Clancy Hill, fell more than 40 feet to his death during a police stand off Saturday.

Hill and SWAT officers were caught on tape during a stand off that lasted most of the day Saturday. SWAT had made a lengthy attempt at talking Hill away from the cliff side before deciding to utilize non-lethal ammunition. After being hit, Hill seemed to try lowering himself down off of the cliff side, but fell more than 40 feet instead. The video also clearly shows Stephen Clancy Hill holding what could be the machete he allegedly used to kill one adult movie set employee and injure another two.

Hill was taken away on a stretcher, but did not live to tell the tale.

Stephen Clancy Hill’s porn stage name was Steve Driver.

There have been a few different spins on this story since it was first broke. The weapon was originally classified as a “Samurai” style sword, and the perpetrator was thought to be a photographer. We believe this article from the LA Times has the most accurate information pertaining to the Van Nuys porn shoot attacks and killing.

LA Times - A machete-wielding porn performer went on a rampage at a Van Nuys production facility, killing one of his former co-stars and badly wounding two other men, Los Angeles police investigators said Wednesday.

Police said the assailant, porn actor Stephen Clancy Hill, was last seen driving a blue Toyota RAV4.

The attack was reported around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday at Ultima DVD Inc., a video distribution business where Hill did production work and apparently lived, police said.

New Pics of Lohan as Lovelace Emerge

New images have surfaced from a recent photoshoot of Lindsay Lohan playing the infamous Porn Star, Linda Lovelace. Inferno, a story about Linda Lovelace’s life on and off the set, was announced at the Cannes Film Festival this year.

I have to admit, Lohan does best resemble Lovelace out of all of the major young film starlets today. Her face may not be an exact match, but her naturally freckled complexion is “spot-on”. Lindsay’s test in this role will not be any of Lovelace’s on screen performances, but rather to embody the inner turmoil Linda experienced in regards to her husband and the heightened porn stigma during the time period.
