Will Capri Anderson Roast Charlie Sheen?

James Franco Making Porn Documentary on Kink.com

Actor James Franco made a porn fool of himself last night on Conan, in a good way. All these girls want to f*ck him! lol.’ However, the tweet was later deleted.”

Regarding his impression of porn performers, Franco told O’Brien, ““Those people in pornos, they’re great performers. They’re selling it to an audience.” He added, of the sex tape, “My girlfriend and I didn’t know that, so there was just this weird movement. That’s not sexy at all. Having an actual adult actress on set may give Malin Ackerman better guidance for how to play her role. Almost simultaneously, I learned, from a conversation I had with AIM CEO Sharon Mitchell, that AIM’s clinic “temporarily” was closed due to a “paper work issue.” Apparently, L.A. County had closed the clinic based on a filing technicality. I was assured by Sharon that the paperwork issue would soon be resolved, that the database was still up and the draw stations were still active. Sharon assured me that the AIM clinic would reopen.

Almost immediately thereafter, AIM was sued by two individuals for breach of medical records. I learned that the litigation expenses for individuals suing AIM were covered by AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

AHF has been attacking the adult industry with frivolous lawsuits, Cal/OSHA and labor complaints as well as protests and misleading inflammatory press conferences for the past two years. AHF has been especially relentless in their attack on AIM.

Kimberly Kupps Arrested in Polk County War on Porn

POLK COUNTY, Fla.— Big Brother is at it again in Polk County. Six videos were downloaded and shown to County Judge Reinaldo Ojeda for review. In April, Ojeda ruled the videos were obscene material under state law. The investigators also allegedly obtained emails proving that sexually explicit videos were shot at the couple’s home. The article states that Kupps husband admitted to police that the couple shot and uploaded videos for money, and that they had made an average of $700 a month for the past four months.

Kupps was booked on six counts each of selling obscene material and distributing obscene material, both misdemeanors. She was also charged with felony wholesale promotion of obscene material. $300K to Stop Teachers Viewing Porn

MIDDLETON, WI— Wisconsin used to be a fairly liberal place to live. After all, it sent Sen. Paul Ryan (R) has become the darling of House conservatives, having authored a budget bill that would destroy Medicare as we know it, and as recently as last year, the UW’s Madison campus tried to cancel a panel of anti-war speakers because they hadn’t paid an unconstitutional “security fee.”

And then, of course, there’s Gov. Scott Walker who, after giving millions of dollars in tax breaks to small businesses, claimed that the state was going broke, and demanded that public employee unions give up their collective bargaining rights—a move that led to six Republican state senators facing recall elections over the next few months—and while still in office, passing laws to make it more difficult for students and other to vote, cut hundreds of millions of dollars from state Medicaid services, expand costly school voucher programs, and make it easier to carry a concealed weapon.

So … one might think, with all of Wisconsin’s money woes, the Middleton-Cross Plains School Board might have thought twice before renewing its attempts to fire science teacher Andrew Harris, seven other high school teachers and one school administrator simply because the district had discovered porn and “other inappropriate adult content, including nudity and sexual jokes,” among their emails during the fall of 2009—especially if that fight were going to cost the school district over $300,000 in legal bills.

“Harris was first put on paid leave on Dec. 3, 2009, while the School District investigated him and other staffers for accessing porn and other inappropriate adult content using the district’s email system,” wrote Gena Kittner for the Madison.com website. “A month later Harris was put on unpaid leave and in May 2010 the School Board voted to fire him. The union challenged his dismissal along with other disciplinary steps taken by the School Board, and since then both sides have spent a year in arbitration, listening to testimony, which ended on May 2.”

This is absurd. The only thing that will come of this, is the strengthening of the Bible Belt’s political influence. If I were a major player in the Adult Industry, I would be trying to sweep this under the rug faster than Clinton’s blow job. When you give conservative America any decent reason to get rid of something they do not agree with morally, you are hurting the Adult Industry as a whole.

Granted, making sex more “taboo” in our culture has produced increased revenue in the past. Although, that was at a time when pornography was still very wild and untamed. Now that the government has had time to create plenty of policies concerning the Adult Industry, and almost every dark corner of sexuality has been put on free tube sites, “taboo” will not have the same effect.

If you are an Adult Entertainment professional, and have a real interest in what lie in Osama Bin Laden’s “huge stash” of porn, you can do yourself a big favor. Take a big cymbal in each hand, and repeatedly clap your head between them until you no longer have this urge. Why don’t you make yourself useful and write the Arnold Schwarzenegger Love Child parody?

Kink.com Making Fetish Benefit The Community

It’s not often that you can involve things like whips, chains, and ball-gags with the wholesome majority’s ideal of “community”, but Kink.com is attempting to do just that.

Larry Flynt Ruled Sole Owner of Hustler

CINCINNATI (AP) — A federal judge has ruled that Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt is the sole owner of his pornography company and his estranged brother is not entitled to half the business.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports U.S. District Judge William Bertelsman ruled Thursday in the Cincinnati case.

Bertelsman wrote that Jimmy Flynt provided no “credible evidence” to show he ever was a partner in the business. Bertelsman also wrote that any interest claimed by Jimmy Flynt was released in a 1988 settlement between the brothers.

Larry Flynt has said his younger brother never was more than an employee. He also said the lawsuit was aimed at punishing him for firing Jimmy Flynt and his two sons.

The brother told the Enquirer his lawsuit was about fair compensation and that he would appeal.

I can fully understand how much fun it must be gaining immediate press coverage over writing empty casting offers with lots of zeros to international mainstream celebrities, but the gimmick is becoming trite very quickly. Everyone knows Pippa Middleton is not going to accept this letter, and would not be allowed to do so whether she wanted to or not. If having fun with the opposite sex, in your underwear, at 27 years old is grounds to be casted in a porn film, I’m fairly certain you’d be writing me letters daily.

Not to mention, 5 million American dollars is almost a slap in the face of Pippa Middleton. Remember, her sister is Her Royal Highness Princess William Arthur Philip Louis, Duchess of Cambridge, Countess of Strathearn, Baroness Carrickfergus. I sincerely doubt 5 million American, 3,498,095 Euros, could buy her anything her own family wouldn’t on a whim. If you really thought you had a chance at casting Pippa, you would at least offer her a nice high, round number in her own country’s currency.

Quit crying wolf, and put your money where your mouth is.
