According to Death and Taxes, Stone is 18 and trying to make a score that would make him the envy of his school. His use of twitter as a vehicle to make the proposals landed him on Reddit. His quest became an instant sensation.

Mike “awesome” Stone promises the prom, a hotel room and a personal massage.

Okay, Mikey, people get your enthusiasm, but chill a little bit on the over the top proposals. Porn stars are people too, and it’s reasonable to think that not many of them are lining up to head off to a hotel for a massage from an 18 year-old horny stranger. That said, Stone’s ambitious approach speaks volumes about his optimism.

And most people would admit that a Twitter campaign to score a porn star for a prom date is a novel approach.Though more than a few people noted that the hotel and massage are a tad creepy.

What advice would you give Mr. Stone?

Since Stone is propositioning complete strangers (and it should be noted that they are fabulous looking sexy strangers) to be his date, he should probably change his approach. Here’s a short list of suggestions:

• Drop the hotel and massage and go for a five star dinner.
• Don’t forget the limosine.
• Have a backup plan, like, say, prepare to ask out a classmate.

Reviewing these options, one can see that by eliminating the hotel and massage and adding a limo and a great dinner, Mike “awesome” Stone ditches the “creepy” part of his proposal and adds a touch of class. Anyway, if he really is “awesome,” the hotel and massage will work themselves out. That said, having a backup plan would be a really good idea. It isn’t certain, but it is hard to imagine a top of the line adult actress whisking away in a corporate jet to attend a high school prom. The publicity probably wouldn’t be worth the headaches that such an appearance would cause.

And surely an “awesome” guy like Mike could score a date with a classmate, right? Best of luck, Mr. Stone. If this one doesn’t work out, just stay ambitious. And, the world can only hope that you’re putting this kind of effort into finding a good college to attend. Maybe you can get a degree in cinema.

What happened?

According to several published reports, including the previously mentioned Smoking Gun, which you can read here, several students found some of her work on the internet and reported it to the school. It wasn’t parents who found it, it was students, and the school district immediately pointed out that the students should not have been surfing for porn on the internet and immediately informed parents of all of the ways that they can filter internet content so that pre-teens can’t access things that their parents find objectionable, suspended the teacher. Yes, they suspended a teacher for engaging in a completely legal activity that ocurred prior to her teaching career.

And then the school district got preachy about it. No kidding, a 21st Century educator had this response to the situation:

“‘Maybe it’s not a crime as far as the penal code is concerned, but we feel it’s a crime as far as moral turpitude [sic] is concerned,’ said Jeff Chancer, superintendent of the Oxnard school district.” [Emphasis Added]

Naughty Teachers Are More Fun Anyway

For an educator, Mr. Chancer has a bad grip on the meaning of crime. Crime involves prohibited acts. As far as anyone with a laptop can tell, humping in front of a camera in California isn’t a crime, it’s a lucrative industry. Further, people from all walks of life do it in professional and amateur settings (see also: amateur swinger porn).

Stunning though it may seem, a place exists where judgments about “moral terpitude” are perfectly acceptable. It’s called a church. If Mr. Chancer wants to preach morals, that’s a great place to do it, not at the public school where he works, in a state where adult movies are legal, and contribute significant tax revenues that likely support a part of his salary.

What didn’t happen?

The porn star teacher is causing a stir, but not among the primary stake-holders in this story. The parents didn’t even protest her being there when the story broke. To the contrary, according to CBS Los Angeles, NO parents of the students in question showed up to protest. Only one parent, who lodged a protest on behalf of his 11 year-old daughter, who is not identified as one of the students involved in the controversy, complained about the situation at all, and his was… wait for it… a moral protest.

This is where it all gets really stupid. According to one source, another missing element is a troublesome teacher. This is the true “smoking gun:”

“The district has not had problems with this teacher in the past, officials said.

The allegations do not involve any students in the Oxnard School District.”

And the “moral” of this story? Anything you’ve ever done can and will be held against you, if Mr. Chancer has problems with it.

What should have happened?

If someone’s kids ever encounter a porn star teacher, this is a quick list of good ideas to try:

• Immediately filter the internet connection so that adult material isn’t readily available to minors.
• Perhaps spend a moment or two in one’s busy day to explain to the kids that it’s called “adult” content for a reason, and then make sure it doesn’t happen again.
• Find out if the content was located using a school computer, and if so, let them know that it happened there.

One last note on this controversy, leave the teacher alone. She was engaged in a LEGAL activity PRIOR to her education career. End of sermon.

This isn’t a rump romp with Cytherea. This is a horror-comedy called “The Haunted Trailer” with Houston based director Chuck Norfolk. The mustachioed porn stud is making a new appearance in a mainstream movie, another in a line of over 200.

The Hillbillies are out to get Ron Jeremy.

The script features Ron as a Mayan Demon who is released so that he can carry out the ancient Mayan prophesies about 2012. Unfortunately, he ends up in a trailer, where a group of hillbillies will be forced to fight him for the future of humanity on Earth. He’s up against a formidable gang:

• Elvis and Aaron come home to help “momma.”
• Everyone knows hillbilly mommas are tough in their own right.
• Sister “Prissy” also joins the group.
• And what hillbilly contingent wouldn’t go to war against a demon without a televangelist like “Reverend Wiggems?”

Of course, it’s all in good fun, and every Jeremy fan will appreciate the lovable porn star as a hell sent destroyer who finds himself trapped in the heart (or double-wide home) of “Bubbaville.” It has the makings of a fun movie.

Ron Jeremy is a natural for this kind of movie.

Among Ron’s best qualities is that he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He immensely enjoys what he does and it shines through on the screen, whether its applying the bone in a hot porn flick, or playing a demon trapped in a trailer park. Will Ron be exorcised by the hapless hillbillies, or will humanity feel the wrath of the mustache?

You can find out later this year. “The Haunted Trailer” is due to be released in time for the holidays.

Jordan Septo knows, as we all do within the Adult Industry, parodies are all the rage in the 21st century of porn. His first attempt at crafting an XXX parody produced I Dream of Genie and its sequel, which received lackluster reviews. Refusing to accept failure, Jordan redeemed himself by releasing Saturday Night Fever XXX and is planning many more quality porn parodies for the future.

With the opening of Jordan Septo‘s very own studio, Septo Studios, he plans to kick-start the business venture by only producing porn parodies for the time being. “For right now, it’s going to be all parodies,” Septo told AVN. “I have thought about, somewhere down the road, doing some really high-end gonzos, but for the time being, it’s going to be all parodies.”

The first XXX parody release under Septo Studios will be a spoof of everyone’s favorite Fran Drescher TV series, The Nanny. The Nanny XXX Parody features Andy San Dimas as the lead role, and includes Lexi Belle, Alyssa Branch, Anthony Rosano, Evan Stone, Seth Gamble and Michael Vegas. “I’m very excited about this first one,” Septo stated. “It’s got a great cast, and all of the sex scenes have the look and the energy needed for a great parody.” The Nanny XXX Parody is currently set to release October 19th.

FSC was made aware of the purported incident on Saturday by a reliable industry source. Most importantly, FSC would like to make clear that these reports were not involving APHSS.org testing facilities. This fact has limited the information gathered by FSC/APHSS.org and we can neither deny nor confirm specific facts about this incident. Due to legal issues concerning patient privacy, FSC/APHSS.org, as of yet, is unable to implement exposure protocols and procedures.

It is the recommendation of FSC/APHSS.org that an industry-wide moratorium on production be instituted immediately and continued for a time period until the primary reports are confirmed, and possible first- and second-generation exposures have been identified. The quarantine can be extended after that point, if necessary.

According to the information that is available, the performer in question may have tested positive for HIV at a testing facility that does not appear to have protocols or procedures in place for medical follow-up (including generational testing).

However, FSC/APPSS.org cannot act on the behalf of any testing facilities outside the APHSS.org system until we are requested to do so by the performer or any medical advisor authorized by the performer. Again, we have been in contact with concerned parties and have offered to assist them in anyway possible, while still remaining compliant with the performer’s wishes for assistance, in respect to legal constraints that require that the performer’s privacy be protected, as well as other compliance issues.

In addition to the moratorium on production, FSC/APHSS.org also recommends that active performers who are concerned about possible exposure (or who would like to take extra precautions to confirm their own well-being) consider being tested as soon as possible.

FSC/APHSS.org also recommends that industry members avoid spreading unverified information until the involved parties are able to confirm developments, or until information is received from an appropriate medical authority.

One of the most memorable Charlie Sheen related porn stars to date, Capri Anderson, has requested to become a member of the Charlie Sheen Roast guests. Capri has reportedly been in contact with none other than the celebrity roast master himself, Mr. Jeff Ross. Ross is said to be “interested” in having Anderson on the show, which is set to air September 19th. Recently, Charlie Sheen dropped a lawsuit against Capri Anderson in reaction to her account of their evening together in New York last October. Sheen has stated Anderson “fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against her will” in an attempt to “embarrass him and… damage his career”. Assuming all of this is true altercation, there’s no telling what could happen between Charlie Sheen and Capri Anderson live on Comedy Central. Plenty of Roast guests have made widely-considered “over-the-line” comments over the years, and this pairing is ripe for a live altercation.

Charlie Sheen Roast emcee, Seth MacFarlane, has a full order of drama to contend with this time around.

Actor James Franco made a porn fool of himself last night on Conan, in a good way. The hot commodity talked about a misguided sex tape escapade in his youth, mentioned his high regard for the talent porn performers bring to the screen, and also said in passing that he is making a documentary on alternative sexuality producer and San Francisco Armory owner, Kink.com, whose founder, Peter Acworth, bought the historic building in 2006.

Screech… back up. What was that?

“I’m making a documentary about pornography,” he told O’Brien. “There’s this amazing facility in San Francisco. It’s at this old armory and they do everything in house, they build their props in house, so I’m making a documentary about that.”

Sweet.

As AVN (and a few others) have reported, Franco will soon be seen in a based-on-a-true-story movie titled Cherry co-penned by adult performer Lorelei Lee that was shooting up in S.F. in May, and we hypothesize that they may have spent a few days shooting scenes at the Kink Armory, which would explain, as IndieWire.com reported, “A tweet from Kink.com actress Rain Degrey from June 26 read: ‘Kink.com is all aflutter today because James Franco is here shooting his new movie. All these girls want to f*ck him! lol.’ However, the tweet was later deleted.”

Regarding his impression of porn performers, Franco told O’Brien, ““Those people in pornos, they’re great performers. They’re selling it to an audience.” He added, of the sex tape, “My girlfriend and I didn’t know that, so there was just this weird movement. That’s not sexy at all. That’s really, like, boring.” This is not the first time Franco has weighed in on porn star’s unique ‘marketing’ skills. In January, he again spoke about porn performer’s ability to “sell it.”

If he’s really making the Kink.com doc, it’s a safe bet it will not be boring.

AVN contacted Acworth about the documentary and heard back from him in late afternoon. “Kink is very excited about the prospect of working with James Franco,’ he said. “The details are still being ironed out, but we’re very much looking forward to it.”

Since our last visit into the world surrounding the life and times of legendary adult video actress Linda Lovelace, it seems two budding Hollywood hotties have set their sights on her silver screen portrayal. Although, no Deep Throat competition will be deciding which actress takes this role. With two different mainstream films focusing on Miss Lovelace’s harrowing tale, it will be a director’s duel that decides who’s biographical porn drama busts first.

A bit of a historical wrap-up seems in order. Out stepped Lohan, there’s a surprise, and in stepped Malin Akerman for Matthew Wilder’s version of the Linda Lovelace story. Ackerman, best known for her role as Laurie Jupiter in Watchmen, was called upon almost immediately after Lindsay Lohan was unanimously decided to be too much of an insurance risk for Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story.

Now, Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman are joining the fray with a screenplay based on Eric Danville’s book “The Complete Linda Lovelace”. Set to hit the screen in 2012, around the same time as Matthew Wilder’s rendition, this film has reportedly gained interest from both James Franco and Kate Hudson in regards to the roles of Chuck Traynor and Linda Lovelace. There is little information surrounding either of their interests at this point, but the Lovelace role seems to be intentionally left open for Cowboys VS. Aliens star, Olivia Wilde.

“It would be a tremendous honor. It’s such a cool role. She was a fascinating woman–with where she came from to Deep Throat to then working with Gloria Steinem and Nora Ephron. Rumors have only pegged Olivia Wilde and James Franco as possible members for the Epstein/Friedman cast, and Matthew Wilder still may have an ace up his sleeve with crossover adult actress Sasha Grey. Grey is casted as Lovelace’s friend Paula, and has multiple recordings of her readings up on YouTube. Having an actual adult actress on set may give Malin Ackerman better guidance for how to play her role. Not to mention the added validity Wilder’s film absorbs from the perceived “porn star stamp of approval.” As shooting wraps on both of these sets, things are bound to heat up approaching 2012.

Which Linda Lovelace will you support?

During the first part of April, the Free Speech Coalition began to receive calls from worried industry members about the existence of Porn Wikileaks.

At that point, it was still unclear from where the information came, as there was what looked like medical information as well as 2257 information. Soon we learned that it was likely that AIM’s database had been hacked and that some 2257 records may have also been compromised.

Almost simultaneously, I learned, from a conversation I had with AIM CEO Sharon Mitchell, that AIM’s clinic “temporarily” was closed due to a “paper work issue.” Apparently, L.A. County had closed the clinic based on a filing technicality. I was assured by Sharon that the paperwork issue would soon be resolved, that the database was still up and the draw stations were still active. Sharon assured me that the AIM clinic would reopen.

Almost immediately thereafter, AIM was sued by two individuals for breach of medical records. I learned that the litigation expenses for individuals suing AIM were covered by AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

AHF has been attacking the adult industry with frivolous lawsuits, Cal/OSHA and labor complaints as well as protests and misleading inflammatory press conferences for the past two years. AHF has been especially relentless in their attack on AIM.

Meanwhile, FSC staff met with producers, agents, talent and attorneys to discuss industry options for combating PornWikileaks. We discussed what channels we could go through to get it taken down and if there were criminal implications for those directly involved in procuring and posting federally protected data.

We agreed that we would need additional information for any action and sent an announcement out to the industry asking anyone who was impacted by PornWikileaks (PWL) to contact us and give us the information. We contacted the FBI and began working with them with two goals in mind.

The first goal was to get the site taken down and to ensure that it was down permanently. The second goal was to prosecute the monsters who launched these personal and illegal attacks on adult industry professionals.

The next information that I received — just as everyone else in the industry did–was that AIM was closed for “remodeling.” This did not make any sense to me, if the clinic had been closed by the county, why AIM would extend that closure for “remodeling?” Sharon had also confided in me during our last conversation that AIM was in financial trouble so I doubted that it had the money to remodel anything. I tried to contact Sharon Mitchell to find out what was happening but she didn’t return my calls.

I knew that FSC’s Board Chair Jeffrey Douglas had been working pro-bono for AIM for the past two years and I called him to ask him if he would ask Sharon to call me. I knew he couldn’t and wouldn’t discuss any AIM issues with me because he was bound by attorney-client privilege.

I think it important at this time to note that Jeffrey’s involvement with AIM was around 1st Amendment and patient privacy issues only and that Jeffrey had nothing to do with AIM moving into a for-profit business model nor any of AIM’s bankruptcy dealings. Jeffrey’s time was strictly voluntary and did not involve the business operations of AIM.

I told Jeffrey that I was concerned about AIM’s struggle and that I thought it would be a good idea to hold an industrywide meeting to discuss “what-if” AIM did not survive scenarios. He agreed and FSC held meetings with performers, agents and producers on Friday, April 29, at the Skirball Center.

We asked these industry professionals if they would want FSC to step in and find replacements for AIM’s services should AIM close. There was a clear consensus from the group that they would like FSC to spearhead the program if need be and everyone gave input to potential program components.

The following Monday I received a call from Sharon Mitchell stating that AIM was closing and filing for bankruptcy. She asked me not to mention anything about the bankruptcy for legal reasons. AIM did not announce that they were closing and the “Closed for remodeling” statement was still up on their website Tuesday.

Because of the tremendous implications to the industry, FSC announced AIM’s closure in a press release Tuesday, May 3. Clearly FSC was and is a completely separate entity from AIM and under normal circumstances would not consider it appropriate to make announcements for another organization but, due to the extraordinary circumstances and lack of communication from AIM, we announced the closure.

When a bankruptcy occurs, everything in the organization is seized by the courts. However, in order for the FBI to compile the information it needed, it would have to spend significant time going through the database to look for signs of breaches. Because Jeffrey Douglas had worked pro-bono for AIM he was able to volunteer his time to gather information critical in reaching the goals of taking down PWL and prosecuting those involved. Time was of the essence and the information had to be gathered before the bankruptcy proceedings began. Jeffrey spent a full day with the FBI at AIM , collecting data and helping agents shore up their case.

Since that time, FSC has continued to work with the FBI — investigators from both the cyber-crimes division and the medical privacy division. FSC also provided the FBI with information it had gathered from industry professionals and we introduced them to Michael Whiteacre who had been working on getting PWL down and was able to provide them with additional information.

FBI agents asked that we not disclose that we were working with them until they were able to gather the information needed for the successful prosecution of anyone who committed a crime. Deciding, temporarily, to withhold information was a difficult decision to make. Ultimately, it came down to the simple truth that stopping the website will not stop the people, but stopping the people will not only stop the website, but also stop the potential for future attacks by these same individuals.

Once the information was gathered, a letter could be sent from AIM’s bankruptcy trustee asking the hosting company to shut the PornWikileaks site down, stating that PWL is under federal investigation. If the hosting company did not comply, the FBI was ready to send a follow-up letter requesting the site be taken down. They said that hosting companies always comply with such requests. The FBI had gathered the information it required and the letter was to be sent out last week. But due to the work of a group of creative hackers, the site already had been taken down.

The FSC will continue to work with the FBI to make sure the monsters that illegally and brutally violated the privacy and rights of adult industry performers, and other adult industry professionals, are brought to justice. Special thanks to Jeffrey Douglas for the days and weeks devoted to this work and to the folks who got the site taken down.

AIM is closed and gone, but there is a great deal to learn from the AIM experience, both good and bad. First, despite its shortcomings, AIM provided a valuable service to this industry for a number of years and it is important to acknowledge its accomplishments.

At this point, I would like to clarify a few points. First, neither FSC nor Jeffrey Douglas has any connection, power, control or input on anything that has to do AIM. I have heard that part of AIM’s database is still active. It is my understanding that if you had a test done at AIM and the link to that test was sent to you electronically, that link will still work and give you the results for that specific test taken at that point in time. I have no idea why AIM’s trustee would still have that portion of the database active — perhaps to allow patients access to their records.

This week, FSC will launch the Adult Production Health and Safety Services (APHSS) designed to fill in the gaps left by the closure of AIM.

Rather than providing one clinic or site, APHSS will use existing testing facilities and doctors to provide quality testing and treatment to performers at a reduced rate. Performers will have the variety they want, and the industry will not have to worry about the AHF’s of the world closing down our services.

The program will provide a database for producers, agents, and performers to check performer availability. However the database will not contain medical information or personal information. The database will contain only the performer’s legal name and “available until,” so that producers can see if the performer has a current test and that he/she is clean and available to work.

This will provide the producers/performers with the back-up they need to confirm that tests brought to the set are legitimate. Performers will still be able to have access to their test results directly from the testing site. And producers and agents will not have the liability associated with keeping performer medical records.

APHSS must be responsive to the industry it serves or it is destined to fail from the beginning. We have created an advisory board consisting of performers, producers, agents, a medical consultant and a workplace safety attorney. We have selected the initial board to get the program off the ground but once in place the program participants will elect their own representatives. This group will review and revise the program on an ongoing basis to make sure that it meets the needs of the adult production industry.

If we have learned nothing from what happened with AIM we have learned the problems that come with poor communication. AIM sorely fell short in this respect and frankly, it has not been my strongest attribute either. The FBI asked us to hold off talking about PWL and to tell you the truth, I waited too long to tell this story.
