Ben Stiller shocked the 25th annual Independent Spirit Awards with Porn.
Stiller invited three porn stars on stage while reading the list of nominees for the night’s final award. The star packed audience was floored as Ben joked he wanted to “maximize the ratings” by adding simulated sex to his presentation.
Stiller said:
“It’s being broadcast live, it’s going long and we are late.
“It’s about 1.15am on the east coast. One thing is clear – anyone channel surfing at this hour is looking for porn.
“So in order to maximize the ratings for tonight’s final award, we have some porn stars being as sexy as they can be.”
Two of Stiller’s sex stars were introduced as Maggie Jizz-and-balls and Philip Semen Hoffman, much to surprise of Maggie Gyllenhaal and Philip Seymour Hoffman who were spotted laughing.

An Albuquerque judge has fined a group responsible for organizing a Nob Hill adult film festival.
After three years, the judge decided the theatre that has hosted the Pornotopia film festival is not zoned for adult entertainment, but organizers say the show will go on.
The Guild Theatre near Central and Carlisle has hosted the Pornotopia film festival— an event that has attracted both porn lovers and controversy.
The festival will likely be held somewhere else.
Matie Fricker, the co-owner of Self Serve, a sex store in Nob Hill, is trying to figure out where she can host Pornotopia later this year.
She has organized the festival since it started in 2007.
A Metro Court judge fined the Guild Theatre $500 for a building code violation stemming from one of the previous festivals, saying the theatre is not zoned for adult entertainment.
“I was hoping the judge would side on the side of the constitution,” Fricker said Thursday. “I think that we have a right to be there, I think we have a right to do what we want in our neighborhood— there’s been no negative community effects.”
City officials admit there have been no formal complaints from the public about the event, but now their legal department is checking to see if the Guild can be fined for the other two festivals.
City Code Compliance official Matthew Conrad said, “We are satisfied with the judge’s decision.”
Fricker says now her challenge is to find a business with a theatre that is zoned for adult entertainment to host this year’s event, but she’s confident she will succeed and make the festival bigger and better than ever.
Fricker said, “This is a pit stop along the way and we will be continuing to fight the fight.” - KOB.com
Well, well, well. Hello Misti Dawn. For any of our readers who don’t know you Misti, could you give us your short profile?
Why hello, I’m Misti Dawn, and yeap that is my real name. I like porn. I like making it, watching it, and touching myself to it. I am what they call an “Alt” Porn Gal. Fancy name for having tattoos. I am from Kentucky and enjoy very nerdy past times.
Now, down to business. You have some exciting events shortly ahead of you. Your birthday / MeowMistiDawn.com Launch Party is taking place this month at “Hammerheads” Bar in Evansville, Indiana. What made you choose “Hammerheads”? Any specific reason why you didn’t choose “Scores Sports Bar” where you began your Adult Dancing? Considering it’s in the same town…
I have always enjoyed Hammerheads Bar in my hometown, I know everyone who comes in, who works there, and they actually offered to have the party there and it just made sense to celebrate it with my friends. As for not having the party at Scores Sports Bar, we just were not able to work out a time that worked for everyone, and I wanted to have a more relaxed environment for everyone where they do not feel pressured to spend lots of money just to get to hang out with us but to actually just hang out at a bar, eat some snack, get some drinks, dance, and just have a good time.
Who are some of the notables who will be attending this Soiree de Misti Dawn?
I can not confirm anyone specifically but Dave Navarro has mentioned he might, as you know I am his weather girl for his radio show Dark Matter every Wednesday on Indie 103.1 in LA (but also avialable on podcast) and Chris Gore from G4 Attack of the Show might come. Wendy Williams will be there, and of course Joanna! Who knows who might make a surprise visit. Read the rest of this entry »
As you can see from the video above, police raided the “Mood Pictures” BDSM porn set in north Budapest mid-shoot, where women were being beaten.
As it happened, a mother of seven desperate for money answered an ad in a newspaper two weeks ago for a non-sex role in a BDSM film where everything was supposed to be imitated and not real, origo.hu reports. Later, when to her horror she realized it was very quite real, the producers ignored her repeated use of the “safe words” and kept filming, with the producer jumping in after the woman originally assigned to hit her refused to continue. After the incident, the woman wrote an anonymous letter to the police, who then took commandos to the location and raided the set Tuesday night during filming.
Police seized 14 terabytes worth of video on a server and even discovered a first aid room where a licensed EMT sat should his services be required (how thoughtful). Police arrested 14 people at the scene and have charged three of them. According to a police captain, Hungarian law states that a person cannot consent to be harmed, meaning that any contracts signed by the victims are invalid. Five victims have so far come forward, and police believe there are even more, some of whom are male, albeit he added that all were over the age of eighteen.
According to index.hu, even the police were disturbed by what they saw on the videos, meaning that if these producers wind up in prison, we won’t shed a tear if they find themselves in a similar position to the people they assaulted. - Pestiside.hu
Adobe is apparently humping mad at Apple for not supporting Flash content on it’s new iPad. Their official Flash blog has posted a few poignant examples of how surfing popular sites on the internet via the iPad will look.
“Millions of websites use Flash,” the blog post says. “Get used to the blue Legos.”
The iPad Flash controversy started when Apple blog AppleInsider.com noticed that promotional images and even a video posted on Apple’s Web site appeared to show Flash-based content being displayed on the iPad. The content included a photo gallery and other Flash-based material from The New York Times’ Web site.
The controversy came to a head when a user submitted a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission on Friday. Paul Threatt, a graphic designer from Atlanta, said he felt the marketing materials were “willful false advertising.”
As you can see, the Adobe employee and blogger for TheFlashBlog.com chose to use a porn example, BangBros.com to be specific, in his post. The image was taken down and replaced with a small apology for any offense. Although meant to be a joke, the image brings up many concerns for Adult Industry sites looking to utilize the latest and greatest of Apple products. BangBros.com has offered an MP4 version of it’s site that can be viewed via the iPad. It will be interesting to see how this battle plays out.
There is a perfect word which explains the coincidental nature of this post. Serendipity is a word i try not to use too often, but when I am logging in to post a couple shout-outs from Misti Dawn to HotMovies…there’s just no better description.
I guess it’s time to “let the cat out of the bag” on my love for Misti. If the AVN Awards were run by this writer, Best New Starlett would have turned out much differently. No offense to Kagney Linn Karter who is also extremely sexy. If you haven’t noticed yet, Misti commented on the “Special Thanks” post I wrote recently to the stars who signed for our booth at AEE this year. The “Serendipity” I am referring to is based on me not noticing this until I began to write this post.
I had asked my co-worker, and representative of HotMovies at AEE, to try acquiring an autograph for me from Misti in Las Vegas. When he returned without one, I was understandably “bummed out”. Having the gorgeously tattooed darling sign my post is good enough for me. Misti Dawn is a fantastic new edition to the “Burning Angel” crew. Her adorable face and sweet disposition are the perfect supplement to her sexy body and art. The best of both worlds, naughty and nice.
Much of Misti Dawn’s work, along with all of the “Burning Angel” empire, can be found and followed at KinkyBytes.com. Alt-Porn is one of the biggest emerging niches in the Adult Entertainment Industry today. Don’t miss the wave, you’ll be sorry.
Thank you back Misti! Any work I receive with you being a part of it, is automatically much less “work” to me
