People Will Still ‘DEEP THROAT’ after Gerard Damiano Death

The famed director of Deep Throat and The Devil in Miss Jones, Gerard Damiano died at 80 due to complications from a stroke.

Gerard Damiano led a pretty interesting life, he served in the Navy for 4 years and then used the G.I. Bill to learn to be an X-Ray Tech. Apparently he wasn’t satisfied with that trade and later opened his own Beauty Parlor where hearing the customers talk so candidly about sex and relationships led him to believe a career in the sex industry isn’t all that far fetched.

After meeting a low budget film producer, Gerard Damiano began directing sex documentaries and “marriage manual” films.

Now we’ll fast forward to the more interesting stuff:

According to rumors, Gerard Damiano sold his interests to ‘Deep Throat’ to his partner for a measly $25,000 even though some believe the movie grossed over $600 Million to this day. Yikes, it looks like Gerard Damiano really missed out on some serious loot.

Other notable Damiano credits include the cult classic Let My Puppets Come (1976), Odyssey (1977), and People (1978).

All in all, Gerard Damiano will definitely be missed, but atleast Deep Throat(ing) will never die.
