Free Speech Coalition on HIV Positive Adult PerformerFree Speech Coalition (FSC), as administrators of the Adult Production Health & Safety Services Program (APHSS.org), would like to address recent reports that an active performer may have tested positive for HIV.

FSC was made aware of the purported incident on Saturday by a reliable industry source. Most importantly, FSC would like to make clear that these reports were not involving APHSS.org testing facilities. This fact has limited the information gathered by FSC/APHSS.org and we can neither deny nor confirm specific facts about this incident. Due to legal issues concerning patient privacy, FSC/APHSS.org, as of yet, is unable to implement exposure protocols and procedures.

PETA-Porn

American animal rights organization, PETA, has decided to take it’s controversial nude model, anti-fur clothing campaign to a whole new level. Utilizing the new XXX domain, PETA plans to build a porn site aimed at saving animals.

In an effort to use sexuality as a medium for the promotion of veganism, PETA‘s past racy campaigns have featured scantily clad women having intimate moments with their vegetables. Their explanation for using such graphic methods focuses on their belief in the best method of protecting animal rights being to stop eating them. Reports of PETA‘s newest XXX project have hinted at both girl and boy next door style porn content, giving way to abrupt images of possible animal cruelty and suffering.

“We live in a 24 hour news cycle world and we learn the racy things we do are sometimes the most effective way that we can reach particular individuals,” said PETA spokeswoman Lindsay Rajt. “We try to use absolutely every outlet to stick up for animals … We are careful about what we do and wouldn’t use nudity or some of our flashier tactics if we didn’t know they worked. We also track the effectiveness of our actions very closely and see if we get visitors checking out other features on our site.” – Huffington Post

Although we understand the logic behind such a “shock value” campaign, the use of sexuality, in this instance, seems far different than PETA‘s previous adult related advertisements. Instead of creatively gaining attention via soft-core images, this site plans to “rope-a-dope” the pornography viewing public with real porn. For the same reasons porn has been closely monitored by Google for their “black hat” promotional tactics, PETA‘s new site seems it should be dealt a hard slap by search engines for false advertisement.

Blindly letting a non-adult organization participate in pornography for the promotion of a non-adult business sector could give way to much more convoluted attempts. The possibility of watching Alexis Texas masturbating, and having the image of a starving Bolivian child’s face be the next thing on screen, is very disturbing. It has been the intent of responsible Adult Industry companies to obey current obscenity laws by any means necessary. Showing abused animals to users searching for legitimate porn seems closer than any professional XXX entity would legally be allowed to approach beastiality.

James Franco making porn documentary on Kink.com

Actor James Franco made a porn fool of himself last night on Conan, in a good way. The hot commodity talked about a misguided sex tape escapade in his youth, mentioned his high regard for the talent porn performers bring to the screen, and also said in passing that he is making a documentary on alternative sexuality producer and San Francisco Armory owner, Kink.com, whose founder, Peter Acworth, bought the historic building in 2006.

Screech… back up. What was that?

“I’m making a documentary about pornography,” he told O’Brien. “There’s this amazing facility in San Francisco. It’s at this old armory and they do everything in house, they build their props in house, so I’m making a documentary about that.”

Sweet.

As AVN (and a few others) have reported, Franco will soon be seen in a based-on-a-true-story movie titled Cherry co-penned by adult performer Lorelei Lee that was shooting up in S.F. in May, and we hypothesize that they may have spent a few days shooting scenes at the Kink Armory, which would explain, as IndieWire.com reported, “A tweet from Kink.com actress Rain Degrey from June 26 read: ‘Kink.com is all aflutter today because James Franco is here shooting his new movie. All these girls want to f*ck him! lol.’ However, the tweet was later deleted.”

Regarding his impression of porn performers, Franco told O’Brien, ““Those people in pornos, they’re great performers. They’re selling it to an audience.” He added, of the sex tape, “My girlfriend and I didn’t know that, so there was just this weird movement. That’s not sexy at all. That’s really, like, boring.” This is not the first time Franco has weighed in on porn star’s unique ‘marketing’ skills. In January, he again spoke about porn performer’s ability to “sell it.”

If he’s really making the Kink.com doc, it’s a safe bet it will not be boring.

AVN contacted Acworth about the documentary and heard back from him in late afternoon. “Kink is very excited about the prospect of working with James Franco,’ he said. “The details are still being ironed out, but we’re very much looking forward to it.”

So are we!

Porn Fairy lurks around every dirty cornerLong ago, before the age of high speed internet and mobile devices, adolescent boys and girls had no porn to Google. They sat awake at night, watching U.S.A. Up All Night for just enough T&A to carry them through. They peered through scrambled cable signals like cold war spies operating a cypher for a glimpse of a telltale nipple. They tossed and turned on their unrequited libidos, as it were a pea beneath the mattress tormenting them.

But all was not hopeless, for in the woods between the neighborhoods, or the spaces between the dumpsters in the alley was a pot of gold. By the side of the freeway, or the crawl space of your friend’s grandfather’s house was a treasure that seemed to be another’s trash.

Porn! In magazine or VHS, DVD or poster, we found it. In the most unlikely spots or bricked together by water damage, we found it in stacks. Now even the most noobian end user is just a Google away from naked ladies (and even people really doing it,) but the legend of The Porn Fairy lives on.

Some say he still stalks the trash filled, tiny wooded areas between neighborhoods with a garbage bag full of porn like some fucked-up Easter bunny. Tell us about how you found porn for the first time, either hidden away by The Porn Fairy, or on the internet, or wherever.

Adult Videos on Demand - MILF Magnet 6Lexington Steele enjoys the sexual company of women; a wide age range of women. In today’s release of the all-interracial MILF Magnet 6, Steele indulges in the affections of four, busty, so-called “older” women, some familiar and some new to the scene.

Starring an impressive cast of women who ooze experience and prove that older means bolder; Michelle McLaren, Shay Fox, Friday and Karen Fisher all appear with three-time AVN Male Performer of the Year and Mercenary Pictures owner Lexington Steele.

While McLaren and Friday have both had the Lexington Steele experience, Fisher and Fox are first-timers to working with the international award-winning actor/director in MILF Magnet 6.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michelle McLaren recently in Lex Steele XXX 14. The response to our first scene together demanded that I shoot her again. Friday made perfect sense because many have not seen her in awhile and this is a big breasted MILF series,” Steele said. “But the newcomers to my videos — Shay Fox and Karen Fisher — took to working with me extremely well. In fact, I can’t wait to shoot them again. I always look forward to the unadulterated enthusiasm and smoldering sensuality that women like these bring to a video.”

Steele credits the growth of the MILF genre in adult to female performers like the ladies showcased in MILF Magnet 6.

“For a very long time, the adult industry was obsessed with young girl and just out of high school types of titles,” Steele reflected. “Girls like Michelle, Karen, Shay, and Friday have increased competition for the same amount of available work. I’ve always loved women this age and shooting every new MILF Magnet is a pleasure most men will never understand.”

Casting.xxx First .xxx domainAttention porn fans and adult industry members, a new dawn has risen over our wide web world. The first .xxx domain has officially been registered, designed, and pushed live.

Given multiple .xxx domains under ICM Registry’s “founder” program, Casting.xxx is registered under a company named Really Useful. Although ICM had published about.xxx as a corporate url, Casting.xxx is the first porn site to utilize a highly debated .xxx domain name. It is very interesting how little can be found on the Really Useful parent company, based in the Turks and Caicos Islands. One would expect an internet company, granted “founder” status on one of the most controversial domain extensions in history, to have much more online representation. Yet, not even a Wikipedia page stands to identify them.

Two year old MetaCert.com has been named as the standard .xxx site classification service. This service will act as both a search engine link censor for users, and the proverbial .xxx ban hammer for domain owners.

“Rather than create yet another proprietary technology that ties customers into using our plug-ins, we decided to help instigate the formation of a new industry standard for classifying and labeling content on the Web. This new open standard is now called POWDER. Our platform and all of our products are based on this new open standard – enabling browsers and search engines to highlight certificates inside search results.” – MetaCert.com

The definition of proprietary software is a licensee being given the right to use software under certain conditions, but restricted from other uses, such as modification, further distribution, or reverse engineering. Since registering and maintaining an adult site on .xxx requires use of MetaCert.com‘s web classification services, there is little difference between proprietary software and their self-adopted description. This move also doubles as an intense link-building strategy, taking advantage of organic search result pages directly.

MetaCert.com‘s chairman, Salesforce.com chief scientist JP Rangaswami, intends to “make money in part by selling privacy policy certificates to site owners inside and outside the porn business for half the price of TRUSTe.” In other words, he intends to undercut the privacy certificate market by 50% to boost initial sales and remove another middleman.

Both the Free Speech Coalition (FSC) and Larry Flynt have made their opinions of .xxx well-known. The FSC has adopted “.XXX is Bullshit” as a campaign slogan, and Larry Flynt has reportedly written to ICM demanding protection of the Hustler trademark. Flynt’s battle could define how the near future of .xxx will play out. If granted automated protection by ICM, many trademarked adult industry companies may keep their hands clean of .xxx all together.

Linda Lovelace - Malin Ackerman and Olivia Wilde

Since our last visit into the world surrounding the life and times of legendary adult video actress Linda Lovelace, it seems two budding Hollywood hotties have set their sights on her silver screen portrayal. Although, no Deep Throat competition will be deciding which actress takes this role. With two different mainstream films focusing on Miss Lovelace’s harrowing tale, it will be a director’s duel that decides who’s biographical porn drama busts first.

A bit of a historical wrap-up seems in order. Out stepped Lohan, there’s a surprise, and in stepped Malin Akerman for Matthew Wilder’s version of the Linda Lovelace story. Ackerman, best known for her role as Laurie Jupiter in Watchmen, was called upon almost immediately after Lindsay Lohan was unanimously decided to be too much of an insurance risk for Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story.

Now, Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman are joining the fray with a screenplay based on Eric Danville’s book “The Complete Linda Lovelace”. Set to hit the screen in 2012, around the same time as Matthew Wilder’s rendition, this film has reportedly gained interest from both James Franco and Kate Hudson in regards to the roles of Chuck Traynor and Linda Lovelace. There is little information surrounding either of their interests at this point, but the Lovelace role seems to be intentionally left open for Cowboys VS. Aliens star, Olivia Wilde.

“It would be a tremendous honor. It’s such a cool role. She was a fascinating woman–with where she came from to Deep Throat to then working with Gloria Steinem and Nora Ephron. It’s really fascinating. I’m being very careful about my next project since I’m now in a position where I can really be picky–thank god.” – Olivia Wilde

Rumors have only pegged Olivia Wilde and James Franco as possible members for the Epstein/Friedman cast, and Matthew Wilder still may have an ace up his sleeve with crossover adult actress Sasha Grey. Grey is casted as Lovelace’s friend Paula, and has multiple recordings of her readings up on YouTube. Having an actual adult actress on set may give Malin Ackerman better guidance for how to play her role. Not to mention the added validity Wilder’s film absorbs from the perceived “porn star stamp of approval.” As shooting wraps on both of these sets, things are bound to heat up approaching 2012.

PornWikiLeaks-Closes-AIMDiane Duke explains the adult performers’ 2257 information on PornWikiLeaks, and AIM Healthcare’s closure.

During the first part of April, the Free Speech Coalition began to receive calls from worried industry members about the existence of Porn Wikileaks.

At that point, it was still unclear from where the information came, as there was what looked like medical information as well as 2257 information. Soon we learned that it was likely that AIM’s database had been hacked and that some 2257 records may have also been compromised.

Almost simultaneously, I learned, from a conversation I had with AIM CEO Sharon Mitchell, that AIM’s clinic “temporarily” was closed due to a “paper work issue.” Apparently, L.A. County had closed the clinic based on a filing technicality. I was assured by Sharon that the paperwork issue would soon be resolved, that the database was still up and the draw stations were still active. Sharon assured me that the AIM clinic would reopen.

Almost immediately thereafter, AIM was sued by two individuals for breach of medical records. I learned that the litigation expenses for individuals suing AIM were covered by AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

AHF has been attacking the adult industry with frivolous lawsuits, Cal/OSHA and labor complaints as well as protests and misleading inflammatory press conferences for the past two years. AHF has been especially relentless in their attack on AIM.

Porn star, and former Charlie Sheen Goddess, Bree Olson, has come forward to ABC News on the topic of The Tiger Blooded Space Warlock himself. Olson stands firm in protecting Sheen from any further media slander, but does not extend the same loving courtesy for her sister goddess, Natalie Kenly.

Natalie “Natty” Kenly, is a poster-girl for Cali Chronic X Magazine, a marijuana magazine. She was also recently named “Chronic Girl 2010″. Bree Olson details the “thick” atmosphere within the Sheen manor between Kenly and herself. In previous interviews picturing Olson, Kenly, and Sheen, Kenly had stated their precarious love trio simply “worked” for them. Olson’s statements of Kenly crying daily do not paint the same picture.

I implore you, the reader, to stay unbiased after watching this video. Although even I lean toward believing Bree Olson‘s statements specifically focusing on Natalie Kenly, her incessant protection of Charlie Sheen is still very peculiar. I do not rule out that “Beauty and the Beast” is possible, but to imply Charlie Sheen has never done drugs is a blatant public relations decision. One that perfectly aligns with Bree Olson‘s plans to attempt moving into mainstream acting.

Bree honey, didn’t you learn anything from Sasha Grey? You don’t actually have sex with the cocaine addicted movie star, you just act like you did on a mainstream HBO television series.

There has been a lot of buzz recently surrounding the new Anchorman XXX Parody, and things have heated up even more since the set was visited by FunnyorDie.com’s Hal Rudnick. Hal took some time to ask the Anchorman porn parody’s stars what parts of the original Anchorman movie were there favorites. Once those questions seem to fall on distracted ears, Hal turns to the hot topic issues of today.

“In Anchorman: A XXX Parody, top notch anchorman Ron Burgundy (Jack Lawrence) moves his roots from San Diego to the fine trappings of Los Angeles — and he brings the entire Channel 4 News Team with him. Unfortunately, Brian (Dale DaBone), Brick (Anthony Rosano) and Champ (Eric Masterson) are all unemployed. In an effort to restart their once stellar careers, the gang and their fearless leader must join forces with the ever-popular Veronica Corningstone (Tasha Reign) and her all-female news team. Anchorman: A XXX Porn Parody also features Adriana Sephora, Dylan Ryan, Aiden Starr, Dana DeArmond and India Summer.”

Adult Blog Pink4FreeAs more consumers are looking for suggestions and education on sex toys and other pleasure products, they are increasingly turning to bloggers, sex toys reviewers and even sex educators. And manufacturers can create relationships with those internet savvy people that are mutually beneficial, according to panelists at the seminar The Role Bloggers/Reviewers Play in the Adult Industry, which took place Friday at the AVN Novelty Expo.

Brandon B., a manager at The Pleasure Chest in New York, explained that he started blogging as a way to drive traffic to the brick-and-mortar store, and the relationships he’s developed between himself and customers and himself and manufacturers has been invaluable.

But Brandon B. and other panelists offered some tips for manufacturers and retailers to make inroads with bloggers and reviewers and how to do so effectively.

“Make it easy for us,” said Jaiya of New World Sex Education. “You’ve got to make it simple.”

If reviewers have to jump through too many hoops to receive products or find information to download or upload links, chances are they will turn away she said.

Brandon B. also suggested not putting restrictions on reviewers or being afraid of a critical, yet constructive, review.

“And don’t throw a bunch of spaghetti at the wall and hope some of it sticks,” noted Pamela Madsen of TheFertilityAdvicate.com. “Get to know us, see who we are and see if we are a fit for your company or your product.”

Buck Angel, performer and sex educator, echoed those sentiments, suggesting that manufacturers or retailers do a little homework about the reviewers/bloggers/educators before blindly sending them product: Known as the “man with a pussy,” the TS performer said he’s a little baffled when people send him cock rings for review.

Dr. Charlie Glickman, who handles the education department at sex-positive retailer Good Vibrations, said that good relationships established between bloggers and reviewers and their customers as well as god relationships between those bloggers/reviewers and the manufacturers and retailers can translate into good business.

“The more you use bloggers to build relationships with your potential customers, the more people will come your way,” he said.

The seminars at the AVN Novelty Expo were sponsored by Sinrex.

NBC’s new series “The Playboy Club” hasn’t even aired its first episode, and some people already want it off the air.

First, NBC’s Salt Lake City, UT affiliate, KSL-TV, refused to air the show, saying that their station is “completely inconsistent with the Playboy brand.”

Now an anti-porn foundation is determined to shut down the show completely

“What’s shown in ‘The Playboy Club’ is not real—Playboy definitely damages people. It’s pornography, it’s sex trafficking and it exploits women,” the founder of Pink Cross, ex porn actress Shelley Lubben, tells FOX411.com. “The series looks like it’s all cute, taking place back in the old days—it seems harmless, but then they show a quick clip of three people going at it in the bathroom. NBC is breaking the law with this show—they’re not meeting FCC standards.”

The nonprofit group Morality in Media agrees.

“We’re launching a big effort with our web site, closetheclubonnbc.com,” Dawn Hawkins, executive director, Morality In Media, tells FOX411.com. “We’re asking supporters to sign the pledge to and to contact their local NBC affiliates and ask them not to air the show. And as soon as we discover who is sponsoring the show, we’ll ask our supporters to contact them as well.”

Hawkins charges that “The Playboy Club” glamorizes pornography. “We know now, years later, that pornography is very harmful to society. It leads to addiction in children and adults, increased sex trafficking violence against women—and ‘Playboy’ is really the root of all of this. We just don’t want to see it glamorized any further, which it will be if it’s aired on NBC.”…….
